Membership and Billing

You can find the specific information regarding your membership with ChildSights.com at anytime by logging into your account and clicking on 'Site Details' located in extended menu to the left.

Free Trials

We encourage the use of our service through free trials. Free trials are only available to first time customers of the ChildSights.com websites and cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one free trial may be redeemed per household. You must have Internet access to take advantage of our free trial period. Upon registering for your free trial, your will need to supply personal contact details. To activate a membership you will require your personal payment details.

Your free trial entitles you, during the term of your free trial, to the same service provided to our paying subscribers.

At the end of the trial period, should you not activiate your website, it will be placed on hold for 2 weeks, and thereafter deleted.

Free Subscription (where offered)

We encourage the use of our service through free subscriptions. These free subscriptions are subject to participation in our forums, failiure to do so may result in a subscription being terminated. Free subscriptions are limited to one per person. We may revoke this offer at any time. A free subscription is normally given for 1 year from the date of signup.

Billing

ChildSights.com website membership is sold on a per year basis, payable in advance. We accept credit/debit card payment (in countries where this is available), cheques by post (payable in the currency described during the activation process on the website), or direct bank transfer into our account (in countries where this is available).

Renewals

Your ChildSights.com subscription will not be automatically renewed. You will receive an e-mail to your supplied e-mail address informing you of your impending expiry approximately 1 month before the expiry date.

Expiry

On expiry would account will be marked as 'inactive' and your website will be taken offline. Should you not renew your account within 1 month of the expiry date the website and all its contents will be permanently removed from our system.

Cancellation

ChildSights memberships are not refundable. You may cancel your subscription to ChildSights.com at anytime. To cancel, please use our "Contact Us" option from our main website's menu panel and inform us of your wishes. Upon cancellation, your account will be marked as "inactive", thus not accessible via the Internet. Your account information, including your digital photos, will remain on our system for a period of 1 month after cancellation. ChildSights.com is not responsible for the return of, or establishing access to your data, by any means, after cancellation.

Personal Domain Names

ChildSights.com offers domain name registration and web-forwarding to member's websites. Domain name registration is not included in our standard fee, and is processed by a 3rd party. Domain name registration orders are non-refundable even if the customer no longer has a ChildSights.com website.

Disk Space Quota

ChildSights.com reserves the right to impose a quota on members who are making excessive use of our resources. Excessive usuage is judged at our discresion. Disk space is reserved for elements specific to your website.

Photograph Scanning Service

ChildSights.com offers a photograph scanning service whereby ChildSights.com will scan in photographs for use on a members website. While ChildSights.com will do their best, ChildSights.com cannot offer any guarantees with this service, especially with respect to the quality of the scan, timely processing, returning photographs in the exact condition as they were posted, and postal delays. Where it is required that photographs are returned to the sender, the sender must supply a self addressed stamped envelope for this.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
